Customer Complaint Policy

At Bowman’s Pest Management, we’re committed to delivering reliable, professional and friendly service every time. If something isn’t right, we want to hear from you. All complaints are taken seriously, treated confidentially, and handled quickly. email, post or in person, and we’ll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. We aim to fully investigate and resolve all issues within 14 working days, keeping you informed throughout. If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, your complaint can be escalated to our Director for further review.

We use all feedback to improve our service and ensure every customer receives the high standard of care they deserve.
